MI ComputSolutions are an established and successful provider of work based
learning and skills development to public and third sector organisations. We are currently looking for an
enthusiastic, determined person who is looking to establish a position within a customer service role.
This position is an apprenticeship, you will be working full time within the office whilst gaining a
recognised qualification in Customer Service. This is a permanent role with a chance of career
progression.
The Customer Service duties will include but not restricted to; dealing with customers face to face
and over the telephone, booking appointments, keeping records and other administrative duties.
